# Items Not in Original Condition

SOCIAL ENGINEERED reserves the right to inspect returned items and determine whether they are in their original condition. If an item is returned and appears to be:

- Tampered with

- Worn or used

- Damaged

- Missing original tags or packaging

We may:

- Reject the return and send the item back to the customer

- Offer a partial refund or store credit

- Charge a restocking fee

# Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. SOCIAL ENGINEERED is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be liable for the cost of reshipping. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders, but reshipping due to incorrect addresses will incur a shipping fee.
